Twenty farmers from Oroquieta City have successfully completed the Agriculture Crop Production Training National Certificate I. The graduates are scholars under the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP) of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority or TESDA. These farmers have acquired new knowledge and skills in crop management, asexual propagation and pest control. A total of sixty (60) individuals are expected to complete the same program in the coming months.
Ms. Miraluna Baje-Lopez, Provincial Director of TESDA Misamis Occidental and Mr. Paul Omar Pastrano Gangoso, Board Chairman of the Southeast Asian Institute graced the event.
